Your Responsibilities
For this position, you will need to live in New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virgina, Virgina, North Carolina, D.C., Delaware or Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the Strategic Account Executives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and resellers to foster long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with partners to design and implement joint go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor partner performance, offering coaching and support to ensure achievement of goals.
- Develop and deliver channel sales training programs to enhance partner effectiveness.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services.
- Work cross-functionally with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure partners have all necessary resources for success.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and other defined performance metrics.
What you need to succeed
- Ability to travel three weeks a year outside territory - DocuWorld (locations vary), Beacon NY and within wider territory for team building event.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with sales training and enablement programs

What we can offer
- $80,000 or $120,000 base plus commission, no cap on compensation however OTE is expected range of $140,000 TO $180,000
